#asktheexperts my 6 year old son's teeth not erupted till now. What to do? Is it a serious issue?

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello dear sprent the permanent teeth start erupting around 6 years of age but the first permanent teeth to come are lower first molars for which no teeth is shed. check carefully in your kid mouth you might find a erupting or erupted teeth at last

It seems from query that your six years old never had a single teeth it's near to impossible
it might be the case that.she don't get her. permanent teeth but her milk teeth must be yhr.
