#asktheexperts My 5 years old son is hyperactive. He is very intelligent but can't do anything for long bcoz of which he leaves most of the things unfinished. He isn't fussy about eating anything. He is just jumping all day long. Literally, doesn't get tired at all. Keeps talking even if he doesn't know waht to talk. Can he be suffering from ADHD?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom as other activities seems to be fine e .. take care of his diet and avoid refined and processed and limit his sugary foods for him ..
Also get some age appropriate books and activities such as puzzles C painting or drawing kits so that keeps him occupied.
Get him in sports or dance which he enjoys basically have to utilise his energy
