A. it's part of their play as well as milestones. start vitamin d and multivitamin supplements regularly. give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed more frequently for adequate production

A. When A child is having Its teeth probably which is why your child is biting its fingers all the time also I would like to tell you that if that is not the reason then maybe or just silence having some discomfort in the gums which is why your child may be behaving like this
