Ma’am sometimes it can just be associated with dryness in the eyes with the kids behave like this so I’m just going to recommend you to kindly take an assistance with your doctor physically with which you have a better understanding of the reason behind it and if they feel any drops are going to be good for your child and the doctor can recommend you the same to use
