you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for early treatment of the Decayed milk teeth to prevent further progress of caries..
maintain a habit of brushing your kid's teeth twice daily

U Should get a check with the paediatric dentist or dentist only can tell you whether you need to get them filled as of now or an extraction is going to take place or you can leave it as of now just like that to fall down on its own time because it has to be assessed properly before and the dentist can only advise your best
