Q.

#asktheexperts my 2.6 yr old boy always get phlegm jammed and it results in using antibiotics to reduce that phlegm . what actually causes more phlegm in kids . he drinks packet milk , regular vegetables, fruits like apple , pomegranate and tries all other foods also that we eat . pls suggest

A. Hello dear parent! In few cases dairy increases phlegm. Get your baby personally examined by the doctor and seek further assistance. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and follow your doctor’s advice. Keep Babyhug medicine dropper handy
