#asktheexperts my 1year 8months old baby like to eat curd very much I'm giving curd daily 3times upto 300-400 gms. Is it safe to give like that . I'm giving different types of veggies also but he is eating more curd than veggies.Is it ok?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom curds can be given on daily basis but limit its amount as well and avoid giving in evening and night time . prefer to give him day time
