#asktheexperts my 14 month child has developed 4 teeth on the upper side, but no teeth in lower side. He has 2 born teeth on the front lower jaw at the time of birth, after that those were broken within 14 days. Now no teeth has been developed in the lower jaw.

A. Don’t worry it is not necessary that up and down teeth will come at the same time sometimes the upper comes sometimes a lower come but by completing the age of three years the childhood I have an entire set of 20 teeth which is more important so currently it’s not an issue
