#asktheexperts My 11Months weight is just 7kg and her nap time is just 15minutes from 3rd/4th month.. what can be done to increase her nap time and how to increase her appetite...

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Baby weight depends on birth weight and normally doubles by the age of six months and triples by the age of one year. Please massage baby feet with coconut oil for a sound sleep. Thanks and take care
