Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mam,are you using diapers for a child? if yes ,then first of all ,stop using it now. dress your child lightly with Cotton clothes keep that area clean. apply thin layer of coconut oil on rahses. keep your child well hydrated.
