#asktheexperts My 10 month old baby is still not taking solid foods. he likes only semi solid food. how can I help him to eat solid

If no teething or in teething stage babies can't eat solids..
Semi solid texture is suggested.
Once baby started teething (hard swollen gums, crankiness, rejecting feed, motions due to stomach infection are symptoms) then give Semi solids, finger foods,warm soups to ease from gum pain).
After teething you can gradually introduce solids like bit thick texture than earlier, Steamed veggies chopped as fingers, wedges while teething stage habituate them biting , chewing food,then introduce all textures, tastes...
