#asktheexperts must eat for pre adolescence / pre teen girls? When to expect growth spurts? My daughter is 10 years

A. Namaste Mom Give them iron and calcium rich foods so do include foods such as green leafy vegetables dry fruits nuts and seeds legumes such as lobia chana etc eggs fish if preferred seasonal fruits and vegetables ghee milk panner soya etc you could mostly make sure their fluid intake is well enough homemade and natural foods need to give priority than packaged refined foods
