#asktheexperts Mother of 6 month old baby i think breastfeeding is not sufficient for my baby so plz suggest me what can i do

A. if child has completed six months. start with liquid only like dal ka pani or Rice water or fruit purees along with breastmilk on demand. slowly switch to semi solid mashed meals

A. U Can just look for two things that if your child is full for a minimum of two hours that means your breast feeding is completely suitable for the child is going good but if your child is demanding for a feed and small span of time and also if your child is not gaining appropriately every month that means you’re breastfeeding is not sufficient
