Lohit the child is sleeping for minimum of 8 to 10 hours out of 24 hours and it is not a problem so no need to worry about it but yes if the app is so small and the child wake up one hour in the night then you should start giving another feeding maybe your breastfeed is not enough to keep the child full for a better timing
