Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello! Give some diaper free time every day so that area is little dry and clean. There are chances that it can be HFMD infection which is causing their rashes. Without proper physical examination, it is not possible to understand the condition. Consult your paediatrician for a proper medical diagnosis and treatment plan.
