Ma’am you can give steam to the child indirectly and put nasal drops if that helps avoid using fan in the room because the weather is changing so even if you have to use fan keep the child cupboard and use a fan outward three and prefer using a Babyhug hollow pillow to keep the child in elevated position it’s easier for breathing and also keep the child sideways base
