See understand this when the child is inside you the child is in a very folded position they their legs and hands are not in very straight position so they also need to stretch their body to relax their body and with what you’re mentioning right now is just an indication towards that which is very very normal to be seen which is an early age we suggest you to Swaddle the child that is very comforting for them
