Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 11 m old boy3 days agoA. Hello! Are you sure that you’re not giving any Iron medication to your child? Because giving Iron medication can cause black tongue issues. Get your child personally examined by the paediatrician and seek a guidance.
