Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hi good evening !! Due to wetness, long hours soaking rashes occurs.
Change diaper for every 3-4 hours,and immediately after potty clean with wipes or soft cloth dipped in warm water and pat completely dry before wearing other nappy or diaper.
Apply anti rash cream or coconut oil on rashes...
Avoid diapers for two days put on normal pants and change after peeing.
