Agar bachche ko 100f ya usse jyada temperature rehta he to please apne doctor ko jrur bataye kyunki itna adhik temperature infection ki sign he. Bachche ko agar muh me chhale he to ye pet ki garmi aur kabz k karan hote he to bachche ko achche se hydrate rakhe usse rat ko bhigoyi kishmish subah uthne k turant bad hi de de.
