It I am probably be due to either dryness in the skin or it could be due to some skin related issues or lastly calcium deficiency which is very common at this age with kids so I’m going to advise you in either of the cases will have to consult an expert because a proper assessment can only reveal the reason behind and accordingly the treatment can be suggested
