It is totally your choice it is going to be cold and maybe snowfall will also be there during that time so if you’re taking a 10 month old child make sure to carry sufficient amount of wood clothes because the temperature would be negative so if you feel it would be right then you should take it otherwise I feel it should be avoided in a knowledge
