#asktheexperts mera 4 year 8month ka beta h hai wo khata pita achhe se hai uska weight and height dhire dhire bad rha h active bhi h. study me bhi thoda yad nhi rakh pata h. kya kru kya problem hai please suggest me.

I think your child may be having nutritional deficiency which is why your child is not gaining sufficient amount of weight and help this spite of eating well and also the memory of the child is in that good as it is meant to be which is why I’m going to advise you to kindly consult your doctor for further assistance
