The replacement of sugar is dates and jaggery that is what you can use and salt is also generally not advisable but different doctors have different opinions my doctor suggested me to add salt and I did and never faced the problem in feeding my child by using salt and necessary spices into the food but some doctor say that you should not but I never faced the problems with my personal experience I can say that you should
