Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very impfdortant. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can bte beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Burp the baby after every feed. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
