Q.

#asktheexperts mam my baby is six and half months old. She is my first child and I had Caesarian and I am 26 years old. Before pregnancy my weight was around 57 kgs. After delivery my weight started gaining and at the Time of delivery my weight was 74 kgs and now I am 82 kgs. My lipid profile thyroid sugar everything is normal. Please suggest what to do

A. you can take the guidance with your doctor and he will explain your query in a proper way . Sor it's better to f get the solution likewise . You can also seek guidance by online consultation on the platform with an expert for the same as a detailed discussion can be done .

A. I think you may be eating a lot during your pregnancy and after delivery because normally we feel very hungry but that’s a very normal thing for a person to gain weight so since as of now you should actually eat well and go ahead with losing down your weight once you quit breastfeeding about 9 to 10 months of your C section C section
