Postpartum hair fall is commonly seen with Women after delivery I would advise you to have a balanced diet plus start with iron and Omega 3 for 3 months along with that please make sure that you are having a good fall control shampoo Sebamed and regularly oil with an onion coconut oil that you can make at home
