FAIZAL KILIMANOORFather of a 2 yr old boy4 days agoA. It is completely normal for a 2-year-old not to have all their teeth yet.
Teething happens at different speeds for each child.
Typically:
Children get all 20 baby teeth between 2½ to 3 years of age.
Some kids may even get the last few teeth after 3 years, and this is still considered normal.
✔️ When to see a doctor or dentist?
Only if:
No teeth have appeared even after 15–16 months
There is swelling, redness, or pain around the gums
The child is unable to chew food due to missing teeth
If none of these apply, there is nothing to worry about.
Your child’s teething may simply be following a natural and harmless delay.
