Observe kids favorite dishes fruits and vegetables, cereals, lentils or any recipes then plan a balanced meal according to kid's taste like many kids don't like having rice or plain roti so plan rice recipes , stuffed roti/paratha healthy by including fresh vegetables, Leafy vegetables, cereals, millets,nuts in regular diet... Similarly give finger foods salads (fruits and vegetables little carvings/funny shapes roti, omlette, chopping and decorating colourful in lunch and dinner ) a healthy sweet to push up interest in kids...
