#asktheexperts kindly suggest the post delivery exercises and diet plan for mother to recover and loose excess weight and what is the perfect time to start the same after a C section delivery?

A. If you have had a normal delivery then you can start doing Surya Namaskar and all basic yoga you can do we don’t recommend you hard-core exercise exercises right now and in diet there is nothing that you need to do I suggest eat mindfully because after delivering a child Women literally hog onto the food because they’re hungry all the time so when you eat it in moderation and mild fully and automatically reduce on the weight
