do exercises or yoga regularly
walk walk and walk
don't use vehicles for short distance
do household work like mopping
eat couple of bites less than usual
eat low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
increase your fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning

for back pain:
please don't sit or stand for long period
take calcium rich food like ragi,nuts etc more
take a support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping.
try heating pad to get relief in pain
take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
avoid drinkingRO water
