#asktheexperts it was my2nd section done @6 sept 2021 i Had gain too much weight fat Can i Join Gym for cardio Or should I weight ?? Plz suggest me

A. hi mom you can start with 15 mins walk once a day, gradually increase it to twice a day dont worry avoid high fat foods, sugary foods eat good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well
