Q.

#asktheexperts it's my 35th week and as everyone says walk as much as you can for normal delivery, so I am doing the same but in few minutes itself my lower stomach starts to feel heavy and my hips joints starts to pain. why is this happening?

A. Who ever has given you this advice is just guiding you totally wrong please don’t do any of these things which is going to hamper your pregnancy and your health doctor say that you should try to do thousand steps per day only if you are comfortable if you’re not don’t do it it’s not the end of the day if you will not walk if you’re not do anything this way you are going to actually hamper your health so please avoid doing it just enjoy your time if you feel like resting and rest if you feel like walking do it whatever is comfortable to you
