usually,it takes time around 3 or 6 months after delivery .
please take necessary supplements of iron and calcium as per your doctor's prescription
have Healthy and nutritious diet
maintain good hydration
take enough sleep
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period.
