It’s alright if you haven’t got your periods so far and it is advisable that you consult your gynecologist once and she will give medications to get withdrawal bleeding

This is all because of hormonal changes in body after delivery. Sometimes period get delayed for more than one year and it is quite normal so you should definitely not worry about it at all but you just have to be sure that you are not pregnant. Otherwise there is nothing to worry about.
