#asktheexperts it's been a month since delivery. Having issues with milk flow despite Lactare and Satawari

A. continue with both .. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch ur baby to breast more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. take healthy diet.

A. hi there mommy. don't worry. don't stress out as it might affect your milkflow. here water also plays an important role. so from personal experience m telling you, drink atleast 2.5 litres of water everyday. drink a glass before feed n also after feed . try to express your best milk. massage it first. you can check videos on you tube for that. have methi (Fenugreek seeds) very effective it is. and at the same time latch your baby tu your breast.. it's demand n supply mechanism.. when baby will suck, our brain b will send signals to mammary Glands to produce more milk .. so no matter you get milk or no don't skip latching. take cr
