Q.
i had good flow of milk for 2 months. from a month flow is getting reduced to feed my 3 months baby. i am taking lactare tablets from a week. But no improvement. so shall I try continuing the medicine for some more time or stop taking tablets and use formula milk.

Take lactogen tablet to increase your milk supply
More sucking leads to more milk
Stay hydrated
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Take butter ghee rich food
Maintain hygiene
