#AskTheExpert hellodoctor, My babu is 6months old and i am lactating,i felt My milk flow has decreased, i am taking lactare 2capsules thrice a day and galact powder twice a day.. is it ok doctor??

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes it is absolutely fine not a problem and also also you can be having lots of fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help you to increase the milk secretion and also khus khus also helps
