#asktheexperts it's been 2.5 yrs after baby birth I have not taken any multivitamin medicine, can you please suggest me the medicine name

Shweta ChakrabortyMom of a 4 yr 8 m old girl1 week agoA. little joys multivitamin for moms you can take i asked my doctor and they said i can have them I have been using little joys mom supplements from 6 months now calcium, and multivitamin both gummies. very good i can take them anywhere and never miss

Zincovit multivitamin that you can take but I also I would tell you that you should take calcium and iron if you have not taken till now because their essentially very important and also check with your doctor if you need to start taking vitamin D as well
