#asktheexperts it is very painful for me when I am done doing potty. The anal passage pains for good 20 mins and then calms down on its own what to do?

A. Hello! This situation seems to be an anal fissure issue or postpartum haemorrhoids. Consult your doctor for a proper medical evaluation and guidance plan in this matter as you are exclusively breastfeeding, the baby and cannot use any over-the-counter medication.
