Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year ago
A. this occurs due to nasolacrimal duct obstruction which is very common in children at this age it occurs due to obstruction of pathway (nasolacrimal duct) from eyes to the nose for which eyes massage is needed regularly and this problem goes away with increasing age of the child meet your doctor for more informationx and also go through various videos which will also tell you how to massage the eyes to decrease the obstruction. if the obstruction is not taken care of the proper massage it cxan lead to infection in the eyes( yellow secretion) and more watery eyes as well as red eyes and secretions from the eyes
