#asktheexperts is this normal for 22 months child to have just 10 teeth or is it could be a sign of some nutritional deficiency?

A. hi no deficiency. kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3- 3.5 years. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip
