Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. thrombophob gel when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. No it is not like that you can just go ahead with keeping cold pack or ice cube on to the affected area probably which is what is going to be the right thing that is the most traditional thing that we can do and it really helps a lot
