no teething gels are recommended for teething phase..
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

Zytee gel as per doctors is safe to be used so you can go ahead with that if you want to go ahead with something you can massage guns of your child in times in the day also would recommend you to start with homeopathic tablet number 21 to ease down the process
