#asktheexperts Is OPV compulsory at 6 months after taking OPV at birth and IPV at 6, 10 & 14 weeks.

A. you had to follow the vaccination schedule accordingly you had to do even pulse r polio also. the very purpose of giving vaccine to the baby is to have proper immunity please take all optional and essential vaccine to the baby if you have already missed any one of them

A. no if IPV Is given further information in this regard can be obtained from your family physician. any further doubts can be cleared with your treating doctor. please remain in contact with your doctor Best wishes and take care.
