Hello ma’am If your child is not asking for breast feed for about two hours minimum then it is an indication that your child is getting sufficient breast feed from you .. But if your child is asking for a breast we frequently like every half an hour to 1 hour then it is said that the child is not getting sufficient breastfeed from you so if that time is of minimum two hours that is the breast feed is sufficient
