ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear mum avoid giving salt to child below one year this is because the kidneys are not mature to process salt also the salt requirements are very less so added salt is not required

It’s not like that Dr some doctors advise that you should give salt some don’t advise I have given salt and spices to my child from the very beginning never faced the problem so if you want to give it you can give it and if you do not want to give it then also it is not a problem
