Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please know that as soon as you complete 30 days after a regular childbirth and approximately three months of C section you can start with exercises it does not have to be very expensive but just walking around MI stretches will also help so don't worry about it does not have any impact on your milk supply it is Delhi some women get a periods 30 days after childbirth and some don't get it up to your both the conditions are absolutely normal
