Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. the important fact is that the back of the child should be well supported and when you are burping the child and the front of the child should be well supported because if it is not supported from the front when you are burping the child it can lead to stress on the back of the child which can definitely injure the spine of the child

as per your child age no need to sit your child
please always feed your child in tilted position and keep in up ward position after every feed
please give daily massage and sun light exposure
