A. Namaste Mom, Yes you may do so with no guilt as such, as the baby is growing they would love to have flavours other option for salt could be lemon as well

A. For a baby who has just completed 6 months, it’s best to avoid adding salt altogether, even in very small amounts. ❤️ Babies get the sodium they need naturally from breast milk/formula and foods. Their kidneys are still developing, so there’s no need to add extra salt. You can make food tasty with naturally mild foods like pumpkin, carrot, sweet potato, tomato, or dal instead. If she accidentally eats a tiny amount of salted food once, don’t worry—just avoid making added salt a regular part of her meals.

A. Yeah you can see I’m just suggesting you the same thing because I’ve done the same from the age of seven months and I’ve given proper salt because my doctor advised me too so I never faced a problem so I can suggest you to give the salt on that basis rest is completely your choice as a parent
